Diane Wilbur

Diane Wilbur is the CEO of Soft Skills Training Group LLC.and the creator of the SHEfactor: Executive Presence for Women Leaders Program. She is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant who is passionate about helping others make a valuable impact within their organizations. For more than 20 years, Diane’s focus on Talent Development has helped thousands of professionals succeed in the workplace and achieve their personal best. She coaches many alumni with career transitions and teaches Leadership topics as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bryant University.


As a highly engaging keynote speaker and classroom facilitator, she shares her personal stories of failures and setbacks that led to her career transformation. She began her career as a CPA and eventually found her strengths were with people, not with numbers. When she took the journey to become a salesperson at Fidelity, she eventually became a top producer and President’s Club honoree. Her accomplishments were recognized as she progressed through sales management, earning the Sales Management Excellence award and eventually led to her role as the Director of Human Resources.


Diane provides customized cutting-edge programs on “soft skill” topics such as personal branding, executive presence, communication skills and emotional intelligence. She is a certified body language trainer and her client list ranges from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and has had the pleasure of working with many groups including Fidelity Investments, American Century, Webster Bank, AIG, EMC Corporation, Charles Schwab, ING, FM Global, Voya, Selective Insurance ,TJX, RI and Massachusetts Society of CPAs, SK Wealth and SupplyRI.
